ABOUT

MARCSAM Construction was formed by a team of people who venture to equalize pressures of unemployment and economic crisis, thus, the company started for labor civil works. Relying from trust and recommendation of friends, relatives and previous acquaintances, the company grows and expands. It was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

While slowly taking stronghold in general engineering, the company eventually engaged in subcontracting works, which includes rebar works, form works, concreting works, masonry works, tiling works, painting works and steel fabrication.

Through the years MARCSAM Construction survive the crunch of competition with a single advantage, “The high level of productivity by its experienced workers”. It also earned the respect from quite numbers of big contractors in the industry including MDC, DMCI, EEI, HILMARCS, among others.

As the company progresses, it expanded from civil to structural works, it has also gained affiliation with other small contractors in the field of construction. It slowly gained reputation for being dependable in the field of a) engineering consultancy: such as structural and foundation design, b) project management, and c) general construction such as civil works, structural steel installation and subcontracting works.
